Received radios but three of the batteries would not take a charge. And within a week 1 radio would dead key every time somebody used it and another would not receive it would transmit but not receive. I contacted the seller and was told they sell replacement batteries, no offer to replace them. Was told the radio that wouldn't receive probably needed reprogrammed ( but you have to buy the cord) with their free software. And as soon as i buy the three batteries ( which would not take a charge) they would send me 1 replacement radio for the one that keeps keying up on its own. Not very satisfied with 5 out of 10 radios that can actually be used unless you keep switching batteries which makes no sense. Would not recommend this seller, but the radios that work are nice. |

We have so many languages and dialects at the same time, clarity is super important. These replaced my 400.00 ea Motorola units ( more than 10 year old and were great while they worked ). I got these with both the standard headset and the " secret service " ear tubes. Having had both the speaker mic and the ear pieces, I would have to say that standing in front of a client and listening to the radio chatter from your crew ( sometimes not good for the client to hear ) makes the ear tubes worth the price alone. The ear tubes are also fantastic with high noise environments. These are not the " pair of 16 mile camping radios for $28.00" The build, the quality of audio and transmission distance is far and above that sort of garbage.
