Have a 15 millon candlepower spotlight and didn't think I could find a small light that would compare. Puts out a bright clear light that I can see things outside at a distance clearly. Works great to check on my poultry coops from the deck and light weight enough to carry with me as I close up coops. Have used for at least 2 hours without charging. Will be purchasing some more for Christmas presents.

It's bright, charges last a long time, it's very lightweight and it was inexpensive. Importantly,it also has an even,round beam with no dark spots. Another feature I greatly appreciate is that the lens is glass and therefore not subject to scratching or being eaten by solvents in various kinds of products. I like my Cyclops so much I ordered one for my cousin. My only complaint is that it needs a wider base to set on so it doesn't tend to roll when you place it down. I glued a small but wide base to the bottom that corrects that, and now the light is perfect.
